Stephanie Duran has been a standout figure in Santa Fe’s real estate scene since 2001, consistently ranking in the top 1% of Realtors in the city. Her impressive track record is a testament to her unwavering dedication, expertise, and client-focused approach.

In 2022, Stephanie joined forces with Amanda Godlove Erwin to form The Duran Erwin Group. This dynamic partnership propelled them to become Santa Fe’s #1 team in 2023. The team has since expanded, including talented individuals like Amelia Robinson, Amanda Morris, Catie Ish, and Stephanie’s right-hand, full-time assistant, Ria Bacigalupa.

Stephanie’s journey began in the government suburbs of Washington, D.C., where she developed discipline as a competitive figure skater. Transitioning to the arts, she earned a BA in theater from Indiana University and became a world-touring musical theater actress. These diverse experiences have shaped her courage, focus, and inner strength, evident in her real estate career.

A devoted single mother of two sons until her remarriage in 2019, Stephanie has given back to her supportive community. In 2023, she served as the Women’s Council of Realtors’ Program Coordinator and contributed to the Santa Fe Association of Realtors’ Community Services Committee. Elected by her peers, Stephanie is honored to serve on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors’ Board of Directors from 2024-2027.
